Studies and an Update!!!
Yup more heads ahuhu! Did a couple more head studies for a few days just to get more used to different angles and such.
I'll be sharing some material soon that might go to my new portfolio...the majority of the works I've got right now are 2 years or older so I decided to make a "reboot".
See you soon!!!

Some Kekai Kotaki , Jason Palmer and more! Yeah!
Hey peeps just wanted to share some...TOTALLY INSPIRING STUFF!
Telling Story: Painting Onna Cintiq: "A close-up detail of a Firefly piece that's nearly finished. The underdrawing was done in pencil, all tonal and color done on the Cintiq. ..."
A CG Master Workshop Online Presentation: Dynamic Sketching Q&A feat. Concept Artist Peter Han
Head Studies
I have to admit, I struggled with these studies. It's been quite awkward in my part drawing heads/faces in so many different angles when I'm used to drawing front and side views only. At the same time it felt as if the studies gave me a better understanding on how to construct a face through imagination.
More head and skull studies to come. I'm completely drained, it's been quite the challenge.
See you guys soon.!

The Vilppu Approach
A video that I found useful for my task today.
Glenn Vilppu, a master in his own right!
What I like very much about his approach through observation is that his line delivery and strokes are very organic and free flowing unlike Loomis for example where it's a lot more uniform and given a "standardized" approach to drawing and composing figures.
As promised more HEADS to come very soon within the day. See you soon!
