| Rest In Power |
It was during the production of my college thesis that I first set eye on his works. I was in the university library searching for anatomy books and graphic novels for reference and inspiration and then I stumble upon a book called "The Art of Moebius". I was awe struck by the line-work and the amount of information he was able to communicate by just doing that, complexity achieved with simplicity...there's no other way for me to describe it. It was really sad news hearing about his passing a few weeks back, at the same time I felt it opened a door for younger generations to know about this fine individual and discover/learn something from his body of work. I keep this post short with purpose and intention...check his art out!!! It's so fucking dope!!!  |
